Hey Ms KiKi
The Schedule says 1800 Start Live Show.
I am here in Germany at 0415 and still seeing the re-run.
Will there be a live show today??
Love you Guys, Especially Ms Kiki, If only I was 20 years younger :)
David
Dr. Kiki is wise, funny and beautiful.

I'm guessing that's what the post was about David-in-Germany. Maybe the tech turned out 2B unreliable so no stream. Hope not.
mintaro
Agree! Dr. Kiki is wise, funny and beautiful.

Yeah Scott88008
But you left out the most important adjective....
Intelligent :)
David
True but wisdom is senior to intelligence. There are many intelligent people sorely lacking in wisdom.
scott88008
Oh Mintaro.
Thanks I guess I didn't make the connection....excuse the punn :)
David
@scott88008
Too Too True

With all of these tech ways to connect with fans (posterous, twitter, website, video, etc), would it be too much to ask for someone from TWIT to post a message telling the fans what is going on?

I completely understand if you guys are having technical difficulties, but it seems wrong to keep so many loyal TWIT.tv viewers out of the loop with nothing but a few cryptic messages.

@CM70
I would have to agree absolutely there.
With the tech facilities available to the Twit Machine why cant we get some info??
I mean I am just one individual located around the planet that has stayed up all night just to watch this.......
David
OK I am out thanks for a great show folks
It's after 0500 here and man am I tired...
Cheers all the best congrats on the effort...
Well done Colleen
David
Posting an update would seem to be the professional thing to do...

How about some info guys?

Ray
Live broadcast is up now, but seems to be buffering a lot.

Take it easy Leo have a little more fun with it and don't get so stressed out. Easy for me to say I know. The things that make your show so good is when you are relaxed and having fun that doesn't change because its a road trip.It is exciting and you all are doing good. All The Best Always Lee

lol, all that wasted ford sync money on homebrew, hodgepodge crap they loaded up with and they can't even bother to tweet or email some info to their posterous? Just some dumb cryptic thing from kiki is all we get. She adds nothing, as usual.
bob
Too harsh bob. Chill out, or go to sleep or something. I'm at CES myself, and I too was wandering around wondering "Where's Leo?" At least Dr. Kiki did a couple tweets. The Twit crew was assembling the stage and all the broadcast equipment today for a full line up of shows tomorrow. I finally stumbled upon their stage right where Leo said it was, or would be once their crew got to work. They crew can't follow Leo and Kiki, AND assemble the stage and broadcasting equipment at the same time - plus they needed some R&R to be ready for the full show schedule on Friday. (At least that's my take on it.)

I agree with medrich, that it's not a huge deal, and we will survive a day without TWIT! But, just take 2 minutes to put a post on the site or Tweet out a message telling people what is going on. Leo doesn't need to Tweet what he had for breakfast, but how about giving us a schedule, or a guide so we the fans can know what to expect? And if there is a problem, just put a message up on the site at TWIT.tv explaining that they are having problems (kind of like how old broadcast television channels used to put up the "Technical Difficulties" sign). It's really kind of frustrating to tune into TWIT.tv and not know if you can expect live programming or an endless rerun. Again, I don't want to be harsh about it, because I really enjoy TWIT, and want it to succeed. I just think that if TWIT wants to continue to grow it needs to at least provide basic info on changes to the site's programming.
With that said, I will be checking in again on Friday, and hopefully all the problems have been resolved.
CM70
I get aversion to change, but, really.. Less than one week of programming being a bit off? Get real... How about real coverage of CES, live. Like it or not, the coverage I've seen from TWiT is vastly superior to prior attempts at so called "live" CES coverage. Do not discourage Leo from doing this again, this is absolutely some of the best coverage of CES you are going to get without actually going. geez.. I guess everything would be better if Leo never ever left his ball. bummer people think that way, I, for one, appreciate the effort and expense. Thank you Sync (Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, etc.),Audible!! and Go To Meeting.
btw: They have pretty much stuck to when they said they would be live, plus an extra night, so, bonus right?!! and Bob, do better broadcasting yourself or gtfo. The same goes for the rest of you nay sayers.
Thanks everyone involved , I have enjoyed the programming and it's place in history. This is important.

Here here !!! Couldn't have put it better myself !!

Man - no pleasing some people (Bob). These guys build an incredible DIY 3G HD video broadcasting rig and trial it in one of the most intense EMF fields this side of Io-Jupiter Flux Tube and you complain about some hiccups? Lol!
