He is organizing to get the College of Physicians to obey the law and issue transitional licenses. As President of an online group of doctors, he was intimately involved in eliminating unfair physician audits. Internationally respected Judge Peter Cory called the College "devastating" and "debilitating". The College lost millions of dollars and its largest committtee that had been conducting the audits. Dr. Green also instigated and designed legislation that prevents the College from disciplining doctors for using alternative, complementary or integrative medicine (Green/Kwinter Bill). He works with President Barack Obama and Doctors For America to help bring about a universal health care service in the United States.
